Sue's depth of experience makes her a perfect demonstration assistant. Again this year, she was selected to assist James Martin as he returned as the headline chef to the Taste of Grampian Food & Drink festival, preparing every recipe for each one of his sellout demonstrations. Sue has also worked with many other high-profile personalities including John Torode, Phil Vickery, Lesley Waters, Ainsley Harriet and Spencer Matthews.
