For Sue, working with food isn’t just a job — it’s a way of showing care, creativity, and connection. After training as a home economist and Cordon Bleu cook, she began her career in private kitchens across Scotland, cooking for weddings, weekend shoots, and even royalty.
She later moved into television with BBC Scotland’s The Food Programme, and has since written, styled, and tested for leading brands and publishers. But no matter the project size, Sue brings the same thoughtful attention to every dish she touches.
She’s not just preparing food — she’s helping it shine.
